E-POSTERS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

To submit an abstract for e-poster, please read all of the instructions below:
 

1. Abstract submission deadline: October, 1st 2024 – 11:59 PM.

2. Notification on Acceptance/Rejection: October, 15th 2024 – 11:59 PM.

3. The presenting author of the submitted abstract should be registered - Free Registration for the accepted abstract - for the conference before Sunday, October 20th, 2024.

4. E-Poster Competition: After the end of E-poster presentations, the top 3 E-posters will win an Endoscopic Instrument

Submission instructions for E-Posters:

​

• All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form.

• Abstract submission for E-posters is open for all Otolaryngologists, as well as for students and interns working with the Otolaryngology team.

• Subjects for the submitted abstracted should be related to the following topics: 

1. RHINOLOGY

2. ADVANCED RHINOLOGY 

3. ANTERIOR SKULL BASE SURGERY

4. LATERAL SKULL BASE SURGERY

• Good knowledge of English is a must to present the study.

• Attach your structured abstract for research (less than 250 words) that includes the following subtitles: Background, Study type, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Note: Statements such as “results will be discussed” or “data will be presented” without mentioning the actual results cannot be accepted).

• Case reports or review posters are also acceptable (less than 250 words)

• Upload a short CV

• Optional: Attach the full article only if the study is already published.
